Every field, and what you mean to do to it
The crop is already known from the field, so all a field is asked is what it followed — and
only where that has more than one way of doing it does it ask which. The £/ha is your own cost off the NAAC
card, and it is what the 📒 Field Action & Budget page uses for machinery, so changing it here
changes the budget there.

Rates are the NAAC Contracting Prices Survey 2024 (Issue 1, 8 April 2024, red diesel @ £0.85/L) — that is the only rate card in the repo. "Your £/ha" is that rate moved by the slider: nought is the survey rate as printed, minus is cheaper than the survey, plus is dearer. It opens a quarter below. Carbon is a fuel-based estimate per hectare — tune per your kit later.
Carbon per crop
Total establishment-to-harvest carbon (kg CO₂e/ha) for each crop programme — the low-till routes (direct drilling) drop it sharply. This is where "min-till saves £ and carbon" gets a number.
